Performance Plus
Performance Plus acts as a huge database of performance information. It stores all the indicators which are being measured, with all the data against them (actual, target, comments etc) throughout the year. It also provides a great deal of data analysis and reporting, allowing services to break down their performance and see where they need to focus resources or re-examine strategy.
