How the sector is part of the Local Delivery approach
The Third Sector is a key partner in delivering services to children and young people living in Buckinghamshire. People working in the sector are able to identify when CYP need extra support to help them achieve positive outcomes. Practitioners will be CAF completers and will be part of Teams around the Child (TAC). There is also a Third Sector representative on the Early Intervention and Prevention Panel.
What is local delivery?
It is the way that all agencies work together to identify children and young people who have unmet needs, at an early stage, so that intervention can make a difference. Services are organised around 8 Local Delivery Areas (LDAs)
How does it work?
There is a range of processes that everyone will follow so that there is a consistent procedure. These are known as integrated processes.
