Newly qualified teacher (NQT) brokerage scheme

Candidates need only apply once to be considered by any school in Buckinghamshire with relevant vacancies.

The team manages a database of potential NQTs for Head-teachers to review when they have a suitable post in their school. Once we have received the NQT’s application form, Head-teachers are invited to view them and select suitable candidates to invite to interview.

Schools benefit in that they can save the time and costs involved in a more traditional recruitment process. The candidate only needs to complete one application form to be considered by all schools in the County of Buckinghamshire.

This scheme provides a simple, efficient and cost-effective recruitment option to schools, allowing them to concentrate their energy and resources elsewhere without sacrificing the quality of their appointments.
